Refund policy

All products are inspected at two checkpoints prior to being shipped. Due to the nature of our products, embroidery can vary five to seven percent. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment. Please send photographic proof of damage to sales@dix22.com within seven days of delivery.

To return one or more items from an order, all of the following must be met:

  • The return must be requested within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.
  • The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition.
  • The item must be returned with the tags and packaging in their original condition.

Unfortunately, exchanges are not permitted. The buyer must return the item and create a new order for the desired item. Shipping costs will be the buyers responsibility.
